Updated Plasma Donation Incentives at CRT Plasma
If you're considering donating plasma for the first time, CRT Plasma has updated its new donor plasma incentives beginning September 1, 2026.
Eligible new donors can now earn up to $560 USD during their first month when they complete up to two eligible plasma donations per week and meet all applicable eligibility and program requirements.
The updated incentive program provides higher payments for the first two donations, followed by regular weekly incentives. This gives eligible new donors an opportunity to earn rewards while contributing plasma that can help support the development of life-saving medical treatments and therapies.
New Donor Plasma Incentives
Under the updated program, eligible new donors can receive:
Eligible Donation | Incentive |
First donation | $50 USD |
Second donation | $150 USD |
First weekly donation afterward | $50 USD |
Second weekly donation afterward | $70 USD |
By completing eligible donations according to the program requirements, a new donor may earn up to $560 USD during the first month.
The actual amount you receive depends on eligibility, successful completion of donations, medical screening, program availability, and confirmation by CRT Plasma.

How Can You Earn Up to $560 During Your First Month?
The updated incentive structure is designed around up to eight eligible donations during the first month.
Your first two donations receive the special new-donor incentives:
Donation 1: $50
Donation 2: $150
After the first two donations, eligible donors receive the regular weekly incentives:
First donation each week: $50
Second donation each week: $70
If an eligible new donor completes eight qualifying donations during the first month, the potential total is:
$50 + $150 + ($50 + $70) × 3 = $560 USD
This means eligible new donors who consistently complete two qualifying donations per week may have the opportunity to earn up to $560 during their first month.
How Often Can You Donate Plasma?
Eligible donors may donate plasma a maximum of two times within a 7-day period, with at least 48 hours between donations.
Every donation is subject to the required:
Donor eligibility requirements

Center approval
Meeting the general requirements does not automatically guarantee eligibility to donate or participation in a particular incentive program.
